MISSION
Our mission is to engage community members to access healthy, culturally appropriate food, to support employability, social enterprise skills & leadership development.
ABOUT US
FCSS is a group of committed community members who wish to see positive transformation in the lives of Flemingdon Park residents. It has evolved from a steering committee of a local food access project into a group of highly motivated members. It has focussed on addressing the needs of a very large immigrant & refugee community struggling with issues of poverty & unemployment.
Engaging community members to access healthy & culturally appropriate food, provide supports leading to employability, workshops for leadership development & develop social enterprise initiatives
Urban Café:
Established in 2016 to promote healthy food choices and provide economic opportunities for caterers in Flemingdon Park
